Due to the perishable nature of our freezer meals, we are unable to accept physical returns once a delivery has been completed. If you encounter an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process

Examine your meal bags upon arrival to ensure all items are present and the vacuum seals remain intact and frozen.

If any items are damaged or missing, take clear photos of the packaging and the contents to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Our team will review your request and issue a store credit or replacement for any qualifying product discrepancies.
