Our meals are delivered raw and vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. They are designed to be placed directly into your slow cooker or electric pressure cooker for a fresh, home-cooked taste.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. We pack our meals in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they stay frozen until you return home in the evening.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through our customer portal. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
